Some clients are presenting Visitor Sponsorship forms (1025) which are years out of date e.g. 2009,
When asked where they got the forms I am advised that they were downloaded from the internet.
When checking the internet source I found that the forms did not come from NZ immigration but from the website with the heading "Sponsorship form for Visiting New Zealand". It is website visaforum.org/cms/upload/New_Zeland_Sponsorship_form_INZ_1025.pdf
Clients would be required to fill in the current forms found on website www.immigration.govt.nz/new-zealand-visas/apply-for-a-visa/tools-and-information/forms-and-guides/visit
As at 30/10/2017 the following are the current valid Sponsorship Forms:
1024 Sponsor for residence: May 2017
1025 Sponsor for Temporary Entry: May 2017
1146 Partner Sponsor Temporary Entry: May 2017
1178 Partner Sponsor Residence: Aug 2017
